Production

Productive Cycle

The production process is controlled in every single phase. From the raw materials warehouse, the material is taken, normally laminated and pickled steel, with which, after positioning on suitable platforms, the manufacturing process begins. Each production line consists of 5 operating machines:

Drawing machines

The production process begins with the drawing of the wire rod which is reduced in section by means of special drawing cores calibrated to the diameter required by the legislation or by the customer himself.

Bending Machines

The wire is then cut and shaped around a punch which, suitably shaped, determines the typical oval shape of the chain.

Welding machines with electronic control of welding parameters

The next step consists in welding each link using special control and regulation equipment. The link is then mechanically brought back to its original diameter. Finally, the excess welding is removed, thus allowing to have a smooth surface.

Special machines for the test load

At the end of the production cycle, using a tensile testing machine, each single chain link is checked by applying a test load of twice the declared work load.
